Tuna avocado salad with kale micro greens in a broiled bell pepper

Recipe - serves 2

  • 1 ripe avocado seeded 
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 2 celery stalks diced
  • 3 drops lemon essential oil or 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 roma tomato diced and seeded
  • 2 green onion diced
  • Fresh dill
  • salt/pepper
  • 1/4 C kale micro greens
  • 2 bell peppers prepared and broil

This recipe is so easy you can make it in 10 min, just mix all ingredients and serve inside your broiled bell pepper.
